We want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy or have just changed your mind then you can return the goods within 28 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. If you are sending these goods back because you have changed your mind then item must be in the same condition as when dispatched i.e. sealed and in the original packaging. Items that have been broken out of their packaging render them unsalable and a refund cannot be given.

We will refund any postage costs if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order, or the goods are faulty. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days. Any refunds will be made within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To make a return please send the item(s) together with the original invoice and a covering letter explaining the reason for the return. Please wrap all items securely in original packaging and send to the address below:
